As we only craft a limited number of Left&Right pieces,
you would first need to enquire with us upon its availability.
First, click on the enquire button to determine the availability and price of each individual piece. There is a designated form for each piece, allowing you to express your interest for the piece accurately while also ensuring we provide information relevant to you.
Now, fill in the form with your personal details (name, contact information and your enquiry) and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
If the piece is available and you would like to purchase it:
- Upon making your decision to purchase the piece, we will issue you a PayPal invoice via email.
- PayPal allows you to pay using a debit or credit card. You are required to make the payment within 7 days.
- We will take 1 to 3 business days to process your order for postage.
- Your item will be shipped via standard first class registered mail.
- If you request for priority shipping, we will proceed with express shipping via FedEx at their quoted rate.
- A tracking number will be provided to you via email once the item has been shipped out.
If the piece is unavailable for purchase:
We here at Left&Right, recognise and understand your love for the enquired piece. However, in order to preserve the value of our pieces, we only craft a limited number available for purchase. We can offer you the option of having a bespoke piece of similar design and motif tailor-made to emulate the story you wish to tell-only this time-it will be truly yours.
Create your very own bespoke piece with Left&Right
First, identify the purpose of your piece. Be it for yourself or someone special, is there a story you would like to immortalise? A special occasion to be marked and remembered? An encouragement or a simple message to be sent to a wearer?
Take a step back. Clear your mind and think about you and your story. Bring yourself back to where it all began and reminisce the highlights of your journey. How do you feel? How would you like to express them?
After receiving your request, we will require 1 to 3 working days to respond. Once we have established a connection, we will continue to correspond with you via email, Skype calls or you can arrange for an appointment with us at our atelier, right here in Borneo.
Once you know what story or message, we invite you to share it with us by clicking the Tell Us Your Story button. A form will appear before you and you may now complete the fields provided with the necessary information to begin the process of creating your very own bespoke piece.
After completing the first preliminary discussion regarding your story and inspiration behind your bespoke piece, we will proceed to provide you with a draftt design expression of your story within 1 week. *Do note that you may have a ready-made piece amended or incorporate specific elements from other pieces. You may also provide a design of your own if you so wished. We invite you to browse through our pieces for inspiration.
Over the course of perfecting your bespoke piece, we will be able to understand your wishes and preferences. We generally provide 3 amendments to the design before production of the piece begins.
After the design is finalised, you will receive a final detailed sketch of your very own bespoke piece. It will be accompanied by a written list of materials to be used to produce the piece and a final quotation for the bespoke piece. Once you have received and agreed to both the design and the quotation, you are required to make a 30% deposit for us to begin production. The crafting of a bespoke piece generally requires 3 to 5 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of its design.
Once your bespoke piece is completed, we will present to you the end product. Upon seeing the final result of your piece, you can proceed to make the residual payment required. We will then process the piece for delivery and it will be sent within 3 working days. A tracking number will be provided for your reference.
